DYE-300 Electro-Hydraulic Concrete Flexural and Compressive Testing Machine
This testing machine is suitable for determining the flexural strength of concrete specimens measuring 150×150×550 mm and 100×100×400 mm, as well as the compressive strength of cement mortar and other construction materials. Equipped with electric‑hydraulic loading, load measurement via a transducer, and digital display of force values, it is an essential testing and inspection device for engineering organizations in the construction, materials, highway, and bridge sectors.
Designed by the Cement Institute of the China Building Materials Academy, this is the standard equipment specified in the national standard “Methods for Testing the Strength of Cement Mortar (ISO Method) GB/T 17671-1999,” and is suitable for mixing cement mortar specimens during specimen preparation.
HZ-20 Concrete Core Drilling Machine
This machine is powered by a gasoline engine (an imported original unit) and is equipped with a synthetic diamond‑tipped thin‑walled core drill bit. It is primarily used as testing equipment for concrete and asphalt pavements in applications such as highways, airports, ports, wharves, and dams. The machine can extract cores up to 700 mm deep and is especially suited for high‑grade highways, enabling the extraction of cores from hardened concrete, limestone foundations, and similar materials for compressive and flexural strength testing.
HZ-15 Multifunctional Concrete Core Drilling Machine
It is used in concrete works such as construction projects, highways, airports, ports, and docks. This machine is multi‑functional, capable of both core drilling and cutting and polishing core samples, significantly enhancing work efficiency while reducing equipment investment, making it an ideal instrument for engineering inspection.
HMP-100 Concrete Finishing Machine
The machine meets the quality requirements for grinding and polishing test specimens as specified in CECO 3, 88, and YBJ 209-86—Technical Specifications for Determining Concrete Compressive Strength by Core Sampling—and complies with the surface‑smoothing standards for test specimens. Consequently, it is widely used on-site for preparing core samples by grinding and polishing.
HG-1000 Concrete Penetration Resistance Tester
It is primarily used to determine the setting time of concrete by measuring penetration resistance. This instrument complies with the GB/T 50080-2002 standard for testing the properties of ordinary concrete mixtures.
HSP-355 Type Concrete Shrinkage and Expansion Compensator
This is a specialized testing instrument primarily used to determine the longitudinal restrained expansion and longitudinal restrained drying shrinkage of compensating concrete. It complies with the requirements of GB 50119-2003, “Technical Specification for the Application of Concrete Admixtures.”
KENTc-6 Type Concrete Permeability Electrical Tester (Electrical Flux)
The KENTC series concrete permeability electrical meter complies with China’s port engineering standard JTJ 257‑2000 and the U.S. ASTM C1202 standard. It is commonly referred to as the electrical‑charge method, which is also the method specified in China’s port engineering standard JTJ 275‑2000. In this method, a 60‑V DC voltage is applied across the two ends of a φ95 × 50 mm concrete specimen, and the concrete’s permeability is assessed by measuring the total electric charge that flows through the specimen over a 60‑hour period.
SDL-II Type Concrete Electrical Flux Meter
The electrical‑charge method rapidly assesses concrete permeability by measuring the electric charge passed through the concrete. This approach is suitable for evaluating the permeability of medium‑strength concrete. The equipment is widely used in durability design of concrete structures, mix‑design optimization, and quality‑control and acceptance of construction works.
HPC-001S Fresh Concrete Comprehensive Performance Tester
It is possible to determine slump, water‑cement ratio, compressive strength, and temperature on site within minutes, and to estimate the 28‑day strength.
SR-9 Concrete Thickness Tester
It is based on the principle of impact‑echo and is used to measure the thickness of single‑sided concrete. It is primarily employed for measuring the thickness of floor slabs, wall panels, tunnel concrete, pavement concrete, and various other types of concrete.
SBS Concrete Intelligent Vacuum Saturator
Specifically designed for Dentsu diffusion‑system testers, this device automatically saturates standard concrete specimens under vacuum. It can also be used to saturate samples in a Ca(OH)₂ solution. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, it offers excellent corrosion resistance, while its exterior surface is finished with advanced baking‑paint technology for long‑lasting durability and wear resistance.
