Product Overview

Steel decking is a specialized load‑bearing platform designed for mobile scaffolds and exterior wall construction scaffolding, replacing traditional bamboo and wooden planks. It is widely used in high‑altitude work platforms for building façades, factory construction, municipal projects, and bridge construction, offering high load capacity, excellent slip resistance, durability, and the ability to be reused multiple times.

Structural Composition

Main board surface: The entire steel plate is formed by stamping, with a surface densely covered in anti-slip protrusions and round anti-slip holes, enhancing sole traction to prevent slipping in wet conditions. The dense perforation also reduces the plate’s weight, allowing rainwater and mud to drain quickly without pooling.

Reinforcing ribs on both sides: The edges of the board are folded and raised on both sides, creating a double-layer load-bearing keel that significantly enhances its resistance to bending and compression, making it less prone to warping or deformation underfoot.

Reinforcing stiffeners: The underside of the panel is stamped with multiple longitudinal grooves and reinforcing ribs to distribute the load, ensuring it remains stable even when several people stand on it simultaneously.

End caps and plugs: The steel plate cover features cutouts at both ends to prevent mud, sand, and rainwater from entering and causing internal corrosion, while also safeguarding against hand cuts and scratches to the safety net.

Non-slip hook (scaffolding-specific model): The board features integrally stamped hooks on both sides, with a curvature that perfectly matches Φ48 construction steel pipes. The hooks secure firmly and resist slipping, and installation and removal require no additional hardware.
