Product Overview

Manhole covers are used to seal the openings of underground shafts in roads, residential communities, municipal utility networks, industrial parks, and factory sites, providing protection against rainwater, sewage, electrical, telecommunications, and gas inspection chambers. They offer load-bearing support to prevent pedestrians and vehicles from falling in, while also accommodating drainage, maintenance access, and safe passage. Available in four main categories—municipal heavy-duty, residential light-duty, composite eco‑friendly, and ductile iron—they are suitable for a wide range of applications, including highways, sidewalks, landscaped areas, parking lots, and more.

Structural function

Anti-settlement, anti-rattle, anti-theft, anti-fall, anti-displacement, anti-slip pattern

Settlement-prevention well ring: Widened flange base ensures seamless contact with the road surface, preventing vehicle-induced settlement and eliminating jolting or bouncing.

Silent rubber strip: The lid and base are equipped with built-in rubber shock-absorbing pads, ensuring the vehicle passes through without any impact noise.

Anti-theft lock latch / Hinge: Built-in anti-theft bolts and an integrated hinge prevent loss and protect against injuries caused by manhole covers opening and falling.

Anti-slip raised pattern: The surface features a textured pattern for enhanced traction in rainy or snowy conditions, and it can be molded with “Rain, Electricity, Gas, Water” markings.

Advantage

High load-bearing capacity, resistant to crushing and impact, and less prone to cracking at low temperatures; in heavy‑load applications, it offers a service life of 15–30 years. It is compatible with all load classes and suitable for both roadways and parking lots.
