Suspension Counterweight Mechanism (Roof Load-Bearing Base)

It consists of a front beam, a rear support, tie rods, and counterweight blocks, and is installed on the rooftop as the suspension fulcrum for the entire unit. The counterweights are configured according to standardized ratios to ensure stability and prevent tipping, with two installation configurations: standard counterweight type and wall‑mounted type.

Suspended work platform (platform basket)

High‑strength galvanized square‑tube modular welding; base plate with anti‑slip checkered pattern; guardrail height: 800 mm on the inner side and 1100 mm on the outer side, with pre‑installed seatbelt attachment points; freely configurable in length; standard straight‑line configuration; additional L‑shaped and curved custom designs available to accommodate corners and curved architectural surfaces.

Climbing Elevator (Power Core)

Dual independent drive motors with a built-in worm‑gear self‑locking brake; equipped with overheating and overload protection; in the event of a power failure, the system can be manually released to lower safely, preventing suspension‑induced entrapment and ensuring smooth, jerk‑free lifting and lowering.

Centrifugal Anti-Tilt Safety Lock (Core Safety Component)

Dual‑rope independent safety protection: in the event of a single‑side wire rope breakage or when the platform tilts between 3° and 8°, the safety wire rope is instantly locked to prevent falls; each side of the basket is equipped with one unit, providing mandatory dual mechanical safeguards.

Dual independent wire rope system

The working rope (for lifting and transmission) and the safety rope (specifically designed for fall protection) are completely separate systems that do not share the load. They feature a safety factor of at least 8, with excellent wear resistance, rust protection, and high tensile strength.

Integrated Electronic Control System

The distribution box is equipped with an emergency stop button, upper and lower limit switches, residual current protection, and phase-sequence protection. It also features a wired handheld controller that enables independent control of single‑side lifting and synchronized lifting, along with an anti‑overtravel limit device to ensure the safety of both equipment and personnel.
