Base material : National standard Q235B cold-rolled carbon steel sheet, with high yield strength and excellent resistance to bending and deformation; the premium model uses zinc-aluminum-magnesium coated steel, delivering twice the salt-spray corrosion resistance.
Forming process : One-piece cold‑pressed and bent, with I‑shaped reinforcing ribs on both sides and a hollow, ribbed bottom, significantly enhancing overall rigidity and preventing deflection under long spans.
Surface corrosion protection
Standard model: Hot-dip galvanized, with a zinc coating of ≥70 μm, offering strong adhesion and ensuring no rust for 8–15 years under normal outdoor conditions.
Simple model: electro-galvanized / powder-coated, suitable for short-term indoor project use.
Non-slip structure : The panel features embossed, non-slip round holes arranged in a staggered pattern, with a slip resistance coefficient of 0.85 or higher; it also incorporates built-in sand‑draining holes that allow rain, snow, and gravel to slide off automatically, eliminating the risk of water or mud accumulation and subsequent slipping.
Connection structure : One‑piece, integrally stamped hook; the hook is thickened and reinforced to fit 48 mm scaffolding round tubes, ensuring secure clamping and preventing slippage. The platform body features pre‑drilled connection holes; multiple panels can be locked together for a seamless, gap‑free surface.
